Meet Our Founder
Keshia Allen Horner is the Founder and Principal of Mariposa Analytics. She is an analyst, strategist, and systems thinker with experience in public administration, nonprofit leadership, and small business operations. Across her career, she has applied thoughtful analysis to help organizations better understand their challenges, make informed decisions, and lead meaningful change.
She started Mariposa Analytics to bring together the lessons and insights that shaped her approach to transformation. Keshia believes real change happens when people, ideas, and systems are aligned—and when organizations move forward with clarity, purpose, and care.
Her work blends rigorous thinking with a people-centered approach. She helps mission-driven teams uncover patterns, design practical solutions, and build structures that support long-term success—while staying aligned with their purpose and people.
What began as a consulting practice has grown into something more: a space to ask better questions, center relationships, and help organizations evolve with confidence alongside partners who are shaping what’s next with intention and care.
