My journey with Emergenetics began during my time in the Denver Community Leadership Forum at the University of Colorado Denver’s School of Public Affairs. One of the most impactful moments of the forum was completing my own Emergenetics profile. As I explored my thinking and behavioral attributes, I experienced a profound sense of grace—grace in seeing myself with clarity and compassion, and grace in recognizing the beauty of diverse perspectives around me. Emergenetics gave me a new lens to view relationships, showing me how to honor differences while finding common ground.
This framework not only illuminated my strengths and areas for growth but also reframed challenges as opportunities for deeper connection. It taught me to approach collaboration with patience and empathy, fostering a spirit of mutual respect that permeated my professional and personal relationships.
